Greatness means a lot of things: Ali in the ring, Pablo Picasso on canvas, some French guy you’ve never heard of in the kitchen, but who are the greatest musicians? And what organization is qualified to judge? All this and more will be revealed in this blog post because Billboard just tabulated a list of the “greatest” ( i.e. most commercially successful) artists of the decade.
